I have spent over fifteen years working with building designers, architects and builders to design boutique homes on the East Coast of Australia and in the UK.  I've always been fascinated by the way the places around us reflect how we live, work and play and I know how important it is to create beautiful spaces that are also practical for day to day life.  I have a real understanding of the way in which our homes and work spaces influence us. 

As a qualified and experienced Interior and Building designer, I understand that your project not only needs to run smoothly, but that you need realistic advice on the costs and time frames so you can plan your life before the work even begins.  Having spent time renovating my own home with a new born and toddler in tow, I know first hand what is needed to make this happen.  

I am involved with Building Design Queensland as Chair of the Sub-committee for Associated Professionals and meeting coordinator for the Brisbane Branch.

We are in the process of implementing an accreditation program for qualified Interior Designers and “Interior Architects” with the intention that there will be a licensing system within Queensland for those with relevant skills and experience.
